Prices, availability, and packages shown by the booking tool are estimates for planning only and do not constitute a binding offer or reservation. A date is reserved only when you sign the Venue Rental Agreement and pay the required deposit, and we confirm in writing.
We work to keep information current but do not warrant that all content, pricing, or availability is error-free, and we may update it at any time.
THE 1301 name, content, images, and design on this site belong to Stars Design Group LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Your event is governed by your signed Rental Agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict.

THE 1301 is a historic building. Due to its historic nature, the venue is not currently fully ADA accessible. We care deeply about welcoming every guest — if you or a guest have specific accommodation needs, whether access, seating, sensory, or otherwise, please tell us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate and talk through the space with you.
